I always gain insight from interviews Paul Evans does with the analyst community in regards to Applications. His latest with Forrester is no different. Spot on questions and thoughtful answers. Paul, given customer reluctance for App Rat/Trans, dont forget to ask analysts the approach they recommend vendors like HP take (to differentiate, show distinct value, why customer should take action). Keep 'em coming (Apps for Cloud interview with Analyst: what the next 3 years will look like and how to help customers get there).
