Convergence 2014 – Highlights for HP Enterprise Services

 

Conver.pngAs in past years, HP had a fantastic experience at Microsoft’s Convergence 2014 in Atlanta, GA.  This event is an enormous gathering of Dynamics clients, prospects, thought leaders, and experts.  It provides an awesome opportunity for networking and information gathering/sharing. As a Premier Sponsor, HP had an ideal position at the entrance of the exhibit hall, enabling us to have many insightful conversations with attendees.  So, what did we hear?

Conver.pngGeneral Arena:  Microsoft invited customers to share their stories. We learned that global studies indicate that customers are 80% more likely to respond when businesses leverage existing relationships intelligently and respond contextually to social feeds. The most interesting stories shared were from New Belgium Brewing: Rangers and Delta Air Lines

 

HP provided demonstrations of many industry solutions:

 

HP Customer Experience Management as a Service

Enables businesses to combine structured and unstructured social data to drive actionable customer insights by listening, analyzing, and engaging in social conversations.

 

HP Dealer Management as a Service: Integrates the vehicle dealer-distributor-OEM value chain to optimize marketing, sales, customer service, vehicle servicing, & asset/product/knowledge management

 

HP Case Management as a Service: Improves contact center customer service through a comprehensive set of features to manage service-level agreements, dynamic work streams, business rules and workflow, documents, computer-telephony integration, and mobile apps.   

 

 Jeff Smith, Senior Vice President, Global Application Services, Program Excellence and Industry Solutions at HP; Anthone Withers, Director, Worldwide Business Process as a Service at HP; and Jules Orme, VP of Apps Strategy and Operation at HP participated in the conference and held multiple private sessions with clients and prospects.

 

 KT.pngHP also presented a breakout session.  KT Prasad and Matt Parks enlightened the audience on how to modernize their business processes and took them through client journey to next generation technologies. KT explained key market enablers with a key focus on increasing market share and business outcome based selling.
