To Whom it may concern:    The technicial services HP renders is just fanstic!  I call because I am 86 years old and I am not sure I'm ready for this age of techonolgy.  But with your Tech wizards(they make it seem easy) they seem to know all the answers to my problems.  They really make me feel good about learning thesse systems.

 

                                                  I especially would like to give extra KUDOS to Mike and Anthony they solved what seemed to be a real zinger.

 

                                                Why don't you give those two some more money?  There is nothing better to make them work that much harder for HP.
