Balancing cost risk benefit.jpgWhether it’s selecting your next car or moving applications to mobile devices – the cost side of the equation must be evaluated in context of value.  The cost implications need to be considered and managed end-to-end and balanced with the business benefit that we expect to achieve from the investment. Bottom line - we must ensure the business case stacks up.

Don’t look back!  Look forward!  A transformation is not an easy path to follow. You’ve spent time and money every step of the way transforming your apps environment.  The last thing you want to do is fall back into the old routine, thus losing the results of your efforts.

Android Infographic 3.jpgSelecting the right platform to develop mobile applications boils down to basic business decisions and simple common sense.  I generally don’t use a hammer to drive a screw, and I take the same approach with cross platform tools.  It is among the most frequently asked questions that I get and like everything else with mobility, ‘one size fits all’ does not fit.
