Making IT the second-biggest industry in Saudi Arabia

The second day at HP World in Saudi Arabia brought a wealth of new information to the visitors. The government is investing heavily into IT to make it the second-biggest industry sector after the oil & gas industry. It's still a way to go, but the signs are good.
