Hello;

To support TDI for HANA, does HP have a document that describes not only how a 3Par 10k needs to be configured from a physical (non-virtual) HANA server view? An example is how many HANA servers can (or should) connect to each pair of controller nodes on an HP 3Par 10k. Also, is there a document that describes what 3Par software needs to be used on a given 3Par to support SAP HANA effectively? Lastly, would 8Gb/s FC connectivity suffice or does 16Gb/s FC need to be used for connecting HANA nodes to a SAN fabric then to the 3Par?

Thanks in Advance.

@Dave - the questions you're asking are a bit complex for me to be able to help and probably more that needs to be understood by your HP representative.  Are you already working with either HP or an HP partner?  Feel free to reach out to me and I'll help to make sure the folks you're working with get the information they need to help. Email me at hpstorageguy at hp dot com.
