HP ProLiant Gen8 session from Nth Generation Symposium

With all the excitement around our StoreVirtual VSA announcement and VMworld coming up, I didn't get all the Nth Generation Symposium content out that I wanted to - so since I have nothing else to talk about today, I thought I'd give you this HP ProLiant Gen8 session from the Symposium.

Bill Swales is the VP of our Americas HP ProLiant team; I haven't seen Bill present in a long time and he taught me several things I didn't know about the new Gen8.  Bill focused his presentation on the innovations HP has in the new platform.  It's not an actual video of the session but I got a high quality audio recording of the sound board (thanks Nth!) and combined it with Bill's slides and a couple of videos he used.

If you're already fully aware of all cool innovations in Gen8, you can skip past this but I'm guessing since I learned a few things, you will too.  Here's the video:

Hey, that new way of installing a processor is pretty awesome! Thanks :smileyhappy:

Yup - totally agree, especially since I ruined a motherboard installing a CPU on another system about 18 months ago.
