At our recent HP Technology Forum event in Las Vegas, I met Dan Molina, Chief Technology Office for Nth Generation. Nth Generation is an HP partner in Southern California. Dan told me a bit about their Nth Generation Symposium happening at Disney's Grand Californian right next to Disneyland. I heard a bit about it last year because my social media buddy Stephen Foskett was there and hosted a roundtable discussion.
When I got home from Tech Forum, I got an email from John Randall, VP of Marketing at Nth, inviting me to attend the Symposium. I started my HP career in the area (working out of the HP Fullerton sales office) and the agenda was packed with great topics and speakers - so I jumped at the chance to attend event.
The event starts on Tuesday August 3-5. Not only do they have a compelling agenda with industry experts but they also will have a lot of gear at the event in their advanced technology lab.
The Twitter hashtag we'll use for the event is #Nth2010. Following the conversation on Twitter will give you pretty good insight into the topics at the event, which will include:
There are several event sponsors, even a few competitors that I'm looking forward to meeting so it should be a great event.
Unfortunately, I won't have time to go to Disneyland but hoping to be back there later this fall with my family. Come back next week for more on the Nth Generation Symposium!
