Results are in for week 1 of our Blogger Reality Contest.  Here's what our emcee, Thomas Jones, posted on his site a short time ago:

As you all know the Blogger’s Reality Show Contest  (Twitter Hashtag: #BRC2k11)has officially kicked off. The contestants have created awesome blogs on their first of three session. For those that live under a rock here are the contestants (in no particular order):

Here are the official rankings for week one:

Rank #1 =  Michael Letschin

Rank #2 = Luigi Danakos

Rank #3 = Philip Sellers

Rank #4 = Matthew Norwood

Rank #5 = Maish Saidel-Keesing

Rank #6 = David Hurst

I’m happy to announce, there are no eliminations for week 1. If you don’t see your favorite ranked as high as you’d like. Please, vote Yes on their next post

As I said on Twitter, I'm sure glad I'm not a judge because there were some very good posts on the topic of Converged Storage.  Congrats to all the contestants.  There's no rest for them as today we take on the next topic of Converged Systems.

Here are a few things to keep you plugged into the contest:

  • You'll be able to find all of my contest related blog posts using the label "blogger contest".  A label on our hp.com blogs is essentially a hashtag that lets you find all the related blog posts tagged with that label on my blog.  This is a good tip to know if you're every looking for content - just look at the labels on the right column of the blog.  Note that labels only apply to the blog you're reading.
  • You can follow the conversation on Twitter by using the hashtag #BRC2k11.

And a thank you to all of the judges (click on my "blogger contest" link to see who they are again) and a huge thank you to our emcee, Thomas Jones!
