While I was at SNW in Frankfurt, I was given the opportunity to talk to Bob Plumridge, the executive chairman for SNIA (Storage Networking Industry Association) Europe.  In our conversation, Bob talked about the hot topics at SNW Europe and a bit about the success of event.

The topics that Bob hit on were:

1. Cloud computing
2. SSD
3. Emerald (Green Storage Initiative in SNIA)
