Meet the X5000 Network Storage System

Chris' Corner - a debrief on HP Discover

Today my blog kicks off a new montly podcast I'll do with Chris Riley, VP and GM of HP Storage Americas.  In the July edition, we talk about Chris' impressions of HP Discover and what he heard from customers and partners. Here's a link where you can download the chat with Chris (right click the link and hit save) or an embedded podcast you can listen to.  Click over to the blog post and you can either watch the video version of the conversation.

What Paul McCartney taught me about convergence

This article is a guest post by my colleague Lee Johns, Director of Converged Storage.  He gives a bit more description of converged storage and talks about what he learned from Paul McCartney.  I really enjoyed reading this post from Lee.  (Calvin Zito, @HPStorageGuy)

HP and VMware partnership at HP Discover

Today's blog has a couple of videos that include Paul Maritz - CEO of VMware, Carl Eschenbach - Co-President of VMware, and David Scott - Senior VP and General Manager of HP Storage.  The videos provide a lot of insight into virtualization, cloud computing, converged infrastructure, and HP's relationship with VMware.
