The countdown has begun! This time next week, the HP BPO team will be in action at the largest shared services event in Europe – Shared Services Week Europe 2012. Among the 500+ delegates, HP’s Finance & Administration BPO services leader in EMEA, Dave Brown (@dbrownAtHP), will be leading a panel session on 15th May to discuss “Finance Transformation - Views From the Front Line”. The panelists include CFOs from DHL, Imperial Tobacco and Stora Enso. In addition Ian Wilson, Director GBS, HP Global Finance Shared Services is contributing to a panel discussion on "Big Data" and its impact on the numbers.
Last year, HP GBS won an excellence award – we hope they'll do the same this year too. The two awards HP GBS submitted for this year include “excellence in customer services” and “excellence in improvement and innovation”. Best of luck to the HP GBS team!
