HP at Gartner Outsourcing Summit – Dennis DeGregor at the Showfloor Theater Presentation

Dennis DeGregor, HP BPO Customer Engagement Management leader spoke at the Showfloor Theater Presentation on Day 2 of the Gartner Outsourcing Summit. He spoke to 60+ executives on the impact of social media conversations on enhancing firm's engagement with customers.

Dennis also discussed strategies for integrating social media with traditional contact center channels and leveraging analytics to improve communications and customer engagement. He presented the HP customer engagement framework that leverages the ‘Nexus of Forces’ – Big Data, Social, Mobility, Analytics and Cloud (BSMAC) to help clients solve their challenging business problems.
