Is Your Business Socially Enabled?

Last week, we discussed going beyond listening and joining in the conversation with customers in social media. This week, we'll discuss what it takes to be a socially enabled business.

A business which is socially enabled can communicate more  with  customers and with this it is a good way to do business. As customers want to feel they are valued.
