HP Web Jetadmin was updated a few weeks ago to version 10.2.63313. Please read the "Late Breaking News" and another accompanying documentation for more information. There have been some significant changes to the installation and upgrade abilities from previous versions. As always, for large enterprise customers, test in your development before deploying into production. Notable changes include: upgrade and migration support from 8.x and earlier dropped; Windows Installer 4.5 required; etc.
Some great enhancements have been made for several of my previous enterprise clients including 64-bit server support; suppression of false positive alerts for some devices whose cover are open; improved data collection reliability and maintenance for reporting; addition of a new device modules, notably the HP ScanJet Enterprise 7000n Document Capture Workstation.
