Converged Cloud, a focus on your business
I already had the opportunity of describing the vision of converged cloud. As I share this with CIOs, I am increasingly asked to go a little more in details and point out what we are trying to achieve. So, I decided to summarize this in a blog post. And here it is. The term "cloud" can be found everywhere these days. But having a good view on wht cloud really means for enterprises is most often not well described. Depending on whether the writer is an enthusiast or a sceptic, you'll get very different views. So, how do you understand what cloud computing really means. Paul McFedries, a writer of technology books, took on the challenge, write an easy to understand book giving a non biased description of what cloud is and isn't. Frankly, the result is a must read.
