Converged Infrastructure

Art and technology: perfect partnership between HP and DreamWorks Animation

HP WorldTour closed yesterday with a great keynote by Kate Swanborg, Head of Communications and Strategic Alliances for DreamWorks Animation.

In our films, she said, every detail is important. Every object, every gesture must be created from scratch. Every minor detail is considered. Every movie is more ambitious and complex than its predecessor. She emphasized the importance of technology and how HP provided innovative solutions to create first-class films and run their business.

“We could not have done our movies without the partnership with HP. At DreamWorks we don’t worry about infrastructure, that’s something HP does.” Said Swanborg.

During the presentation she showed some scenes of the upcoming movie: How to Train your Dragon 2, it was a great session dominated by the art of animation, innovation and technology provided by DreamWorks Animation and HP.
