Converged Infrastructure

Attending HP Discover [December 4-6, 2012] could be the best 2013 career decision you’ll ever make!

Discover - FrankFurt - short.jpgAs HP Discover 2012 in Frankfurt Germany rapidly approaches, I start getting excited and thinking about all the reasons our loyal and new customers and partners should attend.

The first thing that came to my mind was >> just when we all get semi-comfortable with cloud and infrastructure convergence to increase data center agility and innovation – smack – changing market dynamics make things blurry and complicated.

Where do you focus ...

Do you place your bets on big data and mobility?

     Is end-to-end security a prerequisite?

Do you need broader virtualization and a more modern app environment?

Do you need an instruction book on how to handle and capitalize on the piles of new information?

The fact is ...

All of these areas will profoundly impact your 2013 IT lives and decisions. Why? Because each demands more intelligent computing power, more storage capacity built for today, more network bandwidth to transport everything at light-speed - because IT is required to give business the ability to turn on a dime, to flex capacity on demand, and to find the needle in that giant information haystack and serve it up to the right audience at the right time and for any device.

Sound daunting ...

The good news is that HP Converged Infrastructure is at the heart of all of this. It’s the foundation for all these big bets, the cloud, and the key to solving all the top decisions and challenges that come along with them.

Get a running start ...

So for those who have not yet decided whether or not to attend HP Discover as you head into the holiday hiatus, I give you my TOP 10 reasons why you should attend:
