HP will make managing your private cloud more efficient at MMS 2013

By Doug DeWerd, WW Product Manager for Insight Control for System Center

If you’re managing a private cloud using HP servers and storage, here’s a session where you’ll learn about several new enhancements that will make you more efficient.

Session # IM-B395, HP Private Cloud Management with System Center, Monday April 8, 2:00 – 3:15, Banyan C room

You’ll learn how to simplify the management of HP infrastructure in a Microsoft Hyper-V environment leveraging HP’s innovative integration with Microsoft System Center 2012.

This session will highlight new features that take advantage of SCVMM 2012 SP1 for managing HP Converged Infrastructure, show the HP integrations for SCOM that provide health monitoring and alerting for HP servers, storage, and Virtual Connect, and reveal  the new HP Departmental Cloud Reference Architecture, specifically targeted to medium-sized business or branch office environments.

The value of this session is all about exposing the HP technology within the context of Microsoft System Center, meaning you can do more from within System Center consoles without having to switch back and forth between tools.
