Putting HP Converged Infrastructure innovation – for any workload – to the test

In light of today’s Mission-Critical Converged Infrastructure announcement, I am reminded that infrastructure convergence is not just for run-of-the-mill workloads, but for ANY WORKLOAD no matter how daunting or critical to the business. It reminded me that every customer is unique ... with unique requirements ... requiring unique solutions. And it reminded me that you can never rest on your laurels – which means we (HP) can never stop innovating.

So I wanted to post a quick blog and share some salient thoughts on HP Converged Infrastructure innovations, and how customers not only feel about it but also (more importantly) how they are benefitting.

You can READ THE BLOG from my colleague about today’s Mission-Critical Converged Infrastructure announcement – where customers that refresh their infrastructure with new Integrity and HP-UX solutions can achieve:

  • Up to 33% lower TCO over previous generation
  • Up to 3x performance improvements
  • Up to 21% reduced power usage
  • Increased security, virtualization and management capabilities

Read about a few of our customers with Mission Critical needs and how HP Mission-Critical Converged Infrastructure solutions helped them:

while protecting integrity and availability of critical information with disaster recovery and redundant
         server components.
  • Priority Health achieved outstanding service to internal and external customers with 100% availability
         of tier 1 storage systems
  • AirBus - using the HP PODs in place of a traditional data center - increased innovation by doubling
usable supercomputing power / decreased operating expenses and power consumption of HPC
         environment by 40 percent.

I hope you found this informative.
