HP Announces Settlement with the U.S Department of Justice

Today we announced a settlement agreement in principle with the U.S. Department of Justice that resolves a 2007 investigation into HP’s Government Services Administration (GSA) contracts and a civil complaint filed in the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Arkansas.   We deny engaging in any illegal conduct in connection with these matters but believe it’s in the best interest of our stakeholders to move beyond this issue.
