Putting The Spotlight On Our People, In The Insights Room

Room_4_8x12 smaller version.jpg“The Frontlines.”

“The heart of the company.”

“The innovators, culture-setters, and system-enablers.”

However you refer to your employees, there’s no denying they are not only essential to your company. They are also an enterprise’s most valuable asset, most essential investment, and the best showcase of your company’s bright future.

In HP Enterprise Services, as well as across HP, we are proud of our employees’ hard work and their creative initiatives. As a nod to their accomplishments and their continued endeavors, we proudly announce the newest showcase in The Experience, (HP Enterprise Services’ demonstration center in Plano, Texas): The Insights Room.

In a previous post, we toured the award-winning Innovation Room, but innovations only come as a result of the core of our business: employees hard at work to meet our client’s needs. We believe we can achieve success together; through listening, collaboration, and being a partner to our clients.

Inside the Insights Room

Designed to reflect comments received from HP Enterprise Services clients, The Insights Room reflects five common themes that emerge from customer feedback: Collaborative, Committed, Experienced, Focused, and Innovative. These themes are illustrated on video (across ten HP Digital Signage displays) featuring clients Room_3_8x12 smaller version.jpgspeaking about their experience with HP employees. Here’s a sample of what they had to say:

  • Committed: “The biggest value HP brings to American Airlines is the dedicated and talented people who care just as much about our business as we do. Who care about our operation. Who are jumping on top of any crisis or any problem in an attempt to solve it as quickly as possible.”
  • Collaborative: “Working with HP is based on relationship. At Rockwell Collins we don't have a transaction model — we have a relationship model. We enable ourselves to own each other's problems and have a trusted and long-lasting relationship with HP.”
  • Experienced: “Working with HP is a positive experience. There’s always somebody there. There’s a great support team behind everybody that General Electric interacts with. It’s robust. It’s large. And that makes a lot of things easier for us when we need a level of expertise that we may not have in-house.”
  • Focused: “HP's key strengths are threefold: they bring great technology to Ahold. They bring great process to Ahold in the discipline of running an IT environment day after day. Finally, they bring great people. And without great people, technology in the process wouldn't work.”
  • Innovative: “At Dreamworks Animation we use technology aggressively, rather than simply for cost cutting. It's really an opportunity … so we're always investing in technology, new techniques, and new opportunities. As a partner, HP is able to come along that journey more often, and offer new opportunities from their engineering.”

Our exceptional teams across the globe continue to shine, and not just individually, but by what they do together.

This looks like  a very cool place to visit.  Does your company provide tours to professional organizations?

Cherrie, We would be happy to discuss this further with you.  Please contact Susie Tobin at Susie.tobin@hp.com
