Tactical vs. Strategic: How IT in CPG is perceived at the intersection of business & technology

The purpose of this study was to to better understand the relationship between the IT department and the rest of the business given the rapidly moving CPG market, the changing IT landscape and associated implications to the CIO role. The study measured what effective IT departments are doing and uncovered some best practices for the industry.
