A Trip to the Emergency Room with a Digital Hospital Spin

Oklahoma Health Care Authority automates Medicaid enrollment

HC portals.jpgState governments that administer Medicaid are often in reactive mode, barely able to keep up with the demand for enrollment applications. With the help of HP Enterprise Services, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) was able to create an online enrollment system called SoonerCare. HP was contracted to design, develop and implement a new Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), which would allow for online enrollment.
