Making informed decisions faster to realize the value of Information Optimization

At the HP Discover conference this week in Frankfurt, Germany, HP Enterprise Services today announced some exciting new solutions for Communications Service Providers (CSPs)—or telcos. We think they’ll help our clients manage, understand and act on massive amounts of information (Big Data) to better deliver services to subscribers and improve customer satisfaction levels. 


The new HP Telco Big Data and Analytics services support CSPs’ ability to transform the data collected from a variety of sources into actionable intelligence. This new group of solutions has been developed specifically for CSPs interested in getting more insight into their subscribers’ experience and preferences. In the process, CSPs can monetize their information assets to deliver more value to their customers, set themselves apart from the competition, and improve their financial results. 


This movement toward Big Data and analytics within the CSP industry has been described as a journey. In a series of interviews with some of the consultants who are helping HP’s clients take on that move, there is a sense of speed about that journey.
