IRF(Intelligent Resilient Framework) cluster to work with HP Virtual Connect products.

HP’s approach to networking is focused on driving innovation that reduces complexity, delivers breakthrough economic benefits and empowers customers to deploy the network as a business enabler.
HP’s Intelligent Resilient Framework (IRF) is a technology designed to improve the performance of network switches. In this white paper, you will learn about how to setup  HP Networking A-Series switches with Virtual Connect blade interconnect modules. The whitepaper also shows how to monitor them from a couple of different packages, VWware vCenter and HP Networking IMC (Intelligent Management Center).
As both, HP Networking switches and the Virtual Connect modules, are members of the HP FlexNetwork architecture, it is always good to get first hand knowledge of how to configure them and take advantage of their strengths.
Read the whitepaper to learn more.

HP is still on the cutting edge of technology for sure.  I have been looking around for IRF for the longest time.  Thanks for the whitepaper.  It will come in useful.
