Last week, I blogged about when IT embraces public cloud as a strategic asset, it can drive more business flexibility and tighter business and IT alignment.  Of course, if exploiting public cloud was easy for everyone, there would be no divide between business and IT cloud adoption proven out by multiple industry analysts reports showing business is bypassing IT and adopting cloud 5 times faster than IT (and no need for this blog).  So, what’s the problem?
