HP Enterprise Advisory Council: Gathering Customer Feedback from Around the World

Just returning back from my trip to Europe. We met with 12 customers in Berlin, now one of my favorite cities, as part of our enterprise advisory council. The group of thought leaders represents leading companies in central and eastern Europe, as well as the middle east, Mediterranean and Africa. We had companies from Russia, Poland, Budapest, Romania, Czech Republic, Turkey, Greece, and others. Over the course of two days, they provided invaluable feedback on our strategy, direction, portfolio, and solutions.
The feedback gathered here impacts the key decisions we will make in the short term and long term. This council is one of many that we do around the world to keep a close pulse on our customers, market trends, and key opportunities. After the council, we spent two days in southern Germany with our enterprise imaging and printing region leadership team for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). We have a very strong leadership team that has been consistently growing the business and our market share in EMEA. It was great to see how our plans are coming together to continue this leadership in the market.Next week I am off to meet my colleagues from EDS which should be very exciting. After that, it is another council meeting, this time in Banff, Canada. It may be time to sell my home and move in to the Marriott!
