Today, September 29, 2014, HP has redefined what’s possible for high throughput computing and web-caching by introducing the first enterprise-class 64-bit ARM server as part of the HP ProLiant Moonshot portfolio. To support a robust 64-bit ARM ecosystem, HP is making available a production-ready platform that better enables software development, testing and porting of applications. Additionally, HP is rounding out our ARM portion of the Moonshot portfolio with a new solution ideally suited for real-time data processing of high volume, complex data as well as a development platform for Telco applications such as IP transcoding. With today’s announcement, HP brings innovation and choice to customers with optimized application performance, breakthrough economics and the capability to accelerate their business innovation.

HP Apollo 8000 System continues to advance the science of supercomputing

Since its introduction, the HP Apollo 8000 System has been capturing awards and acclaim for its new, practical approach to liquid cooling.
