ITIL Adoption - Feelings and Facts

Three weeks ago I made a LinkedIn connection with someone who started to send me information on ITIL related events. Normally I do not want to be spammed this way, however one of the events caught my attention so I started to shop internally for HP marketing dollars. As one of the reactions I received an industry analyst report called "ITIL version 3 adoption not yet taking the world by storm" to substantiate the claim / feeling that ITIL V3 is not being heavily adopted. As the contents of this report made absolutely NO sense to me, I started to do my own research on the feelings and facts of ITIL adoption and here are the surprising results:

In year 2002, Joshua was conferred with the award “Ridder in de Orde van Oranje Nassau” by Her Highness Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands for his contributions and efforts to the Dutch society. Joshua has a MBA Information Technology; several certificates in regards to HRM, Organisational Change and Psychology and he is an certified ITIL (v2 and v3) Manager.
