Why HP Discover will matter to me
Willkommen in Deutschland! It is a bright day as I land at the Frankfurt airport, excited to attend HP Discover. I see bright displays with the HP logo, welcoming visitors to an innovative experience. As I come out to baggage claim, I see the familiar HP logo again, and my thoughts echo the current campaign slogan: Make it Matter. My first reaction is a burst of enthusiasm, followed by curiosity. And I begin to wonder why HP Discover will Make it Matter for me.
It is only natural that IT has evolved to the Cloud
It is a sunny day after a recent thunderstorm. I gaze up at the sky wondering if Mother Nature had IT in mind when designing the fascinating landscape across the blue sky that we simply refer to as – “The Cloud.” I open up my e-mail and see this LinkedIn feed for an article Cloud Computing: Hey, Hey, You, You, Get Off of My Cloud! by Geoffrey Moore where he shows two images – one for the natural cloud and the other for the IT Cloud. Moore’s characterization triggers me to contrast the two conceptually.
