Rejuvenating the trifecta of partnership at HP Discover

“Sometimes 30-year marriages need a little rejuvenation,” quipped HP CEO Meg Whitman on stage at HP Discover Day 2 with Intel CEO Brian Krzanich and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella by video. New York Times Columnist and Pulitzer Prize winner, Thomas Friedman was on stage moderating the discussion between these three leaders of the 21st century—leaders who embrace a new style of thinking to address the challenges faced by the enterprises of today; spearheading a new wave in their respective companies. This new wave of thinking goes beyond the enterprise, and applies to the partnership as a whole. It is time to rejuvenate this trifecta of partnership between HP, Intel and Microsoft. And what better place to do this than on stage for the first time together at HP Discover 2014?

Intel excels at the heart of HP Discover

I have been witness to the Intel-HP partnership at past HP Discover conferences. HP Discover 2014 is no exception. As I peruse the Intel sessions at this conference, DT4067 by Rich Nockels, Intel Marketing Manager stands out for me. It highlights how HP and Intel are bridging the gap between users and IT, with a new wave of devices that users will want to use for both work and play. Users like myself, who are planning on dressing up with wearables for this conference. I read more into this session because I see an emerging theme, reinforced by other Intel sessions, punctuating the HP-Intel partnership. It is a partnership with Intel at the heart, which manifests itself from various perspectives at HP Discover.

Are you ready to be amazed by Intel at HP Discover Barcelona?

Are you ready to be amazed by what HP and Intel have in store for you this year? This is the question posed in this post, in which Intel invites HP Discover attendees to “Experience some of the platform and technology advancements that will become essential to the way we work, the way we live, and to our social interaction.” This post piqued my curiosity and made me wonder what could be so “amazing” about the Intel sessions at this conference. Here are my thoughts based on a quick review.
