Are you ready to Discover Barcelona? Set your sights on HP Discover

HP Discover is our twice-a-year, must-attend global customer and partner event created for you to experience the full depth and breadth of HP and its industry-leading innovation. Those of you interested in our mission-critical computing solutions based on Integrity servers with HP-UX won’t want to miss this year’s conference, happening in Barcelona on December 10-12.

To start off the event, you will be able to get a well-rounded view of the mission-critical market by listening to industry analysts' insights and customers perspectives. We have set up a Discover Theater session on Tuesday morning, where you will have the chance to hear IDC and key customers speak about what´s happening in this market today. They will be followed by Randy Meyer, our recently appointed GM and VP for Integrity servers, who will provide HP´s point of view.   Look for sessions DT2104, DT2105 and DT2106.

On Wednesday midday, Randy will deliver a comprehensive business update covering HP´s entire mission-critical portfolio and future directions, in session BB2108.  In the afternoon you will be able to attend a special CDA session (requiring you to sign a Confidential Disclosure Agreement) on Project Odyssey delivered by Jeff Kyle, Director of Enterprise and Integrity Servers Product Management. Look for session CDA2113.

We realize that many of you want to spend the majority of your time around the expo area and have adjusted our content accordingly, with a new type of session happening right there, where you want to be. The “Discussion Forums” are 30-min, focused sessions where you can participate actively and engage with the experts, rather than being in listening-only mode. Our forums this year are:

Those of you looking to have in-depth technical discussions can connect with our engineers from the Lab, who will be sharing all their expertise, and actively previewing what´s new in our offerings.  Come to the discussion forums and the Discover Zone to meet them, and explore how we are evolving our technology to better meet your needs.

In the expo we will have demos and content ranging from HP-UX virtualization and cloud solutions to Integrity i4 servers and the newest HP-UX capabilities, plus a CDA area, showcasing what´s coming in HP-UX.

As you see we have plenty of valuable content and a lot of different ways for you to engage with our experts during the conference. So if you haven’t already, be sure to register for HP Discover today and include these sessions when you are planning your week in Barcelona.
