New Tech Services Expert Sweepstakes - Win Prizes + HP Donates to Charity

Perhaps nothing is more mission-critical than caring for each other and helping those in time of need.  To that end, I'd like to share with you a new sweepstakes program where just by your participation for a few minutes, a great charity benefits and you also get to meet some of our top services experts that can help you solve tough challenges in your IT environment.

 

Here are the details:

Our friends in HP Technology Services (TS) have launched a U.S.-based “TS Experts Sweepstakes.” For the sweepstakes, you have the opportunity to meet some of HP's top gun TS experts—the Humanity behind our technology—through videos showcasing their areas of specialty.

 

View the videos and vote for the TS experts that could help solve your most complex infrastructure challenges. In the spirit of Humanity, every vote will contribute $10 toward a charitable organization called CARE. Additionally, customers that vote will be entered in a drawing to win an HP Envy laptop, tablet or netbook.

 

You can also increase HP's charitable contribution by sharing the sweepstakes link (http://www.hp.com/go/TSvote) with your colleagues and friends.  The contest runs October 13-November 30th.

  • Kirk Bresniker is the Vice President/Chief Technologist for HP Business Critical Systems where he has technical responsibility for all things Mission Critical, including HP-UX, NonStop and scalable x86 platforms. He joined HP in 1989 after graduating from Santa Clara University and has been an HP Fellow since 2008.

He has worked on many NonStop manageability applications over time. He works across various groups within NonStop and HP to ensure consistency and interoperability in manageability interfaces and applications. He is also a member of DMTF workgroups.
  • Wendy Bartlett is a Distinguished Technologist in HP’s NonStop Enterprise Division, and focuses on dependability – security and availability - for the NonStop server line. She joined Tandem in 1978. Her other main area of interest is system architecture evolution. She has an M.S. degree in computer science from Stanford University.
