The annual Hot Chips conference is happening August 17-19 2011 on the Stanford University campus in Silicon Valley, California and Intel's Itanium chip, incorporated into our HP Integrity family of mission-critical servers is one of the hot topics on the agenda......

 

UPDATE:  now includes more information post conference from Intel about the new architecture features in Poulson including greater parallelism, new instruction replay and more

  • Wendy Bartlett is a Distinguished Technologist in HP’s NonStop Enterprise Division, and focuses on dependability – security and availability - for the NonStop server line. She joined Tandem in 1978. Her other main area of interest is system architecture evolution. She has an M.S. degree in computer science from Stanford University.
