HP Day at Red Hat Summit 2014

Today is HP Day at Red Hat Summit.  What does that mean?  It means that HP will kick-off the day with a keynote from Steve Bandrowczak, Senior vice president of Global Business Services, HP at 8:30 AM.  Steve will be covering the New Style of IT. 

 

Throughout the rest of the day HP will be delviering 4 sessions:

 

  • Using Red Hat Storage Server with HP ultrascale solutions for Big Data, presented by Michael St. Jean (HP) and Veda Shankar, 10:40 a.m.–11:40 a.m. in Room 309

 

  • HP Moonshot with Red Hat Enterprise Linux in production use at hp.com, presented by Volker Otto, Director, Application Hosting, IT Compute Services, HP, 1:20 p.m.–2:20 p.m. in Room 304

 

  • Automatic NUMA balancing for bare-metal workloads and KVM virtualization, presented by Vinod Chegu (HP), Karen Noel, and Rik van Riel, 3:40 p.m.–4:40 p.m. in Room 307

 

  • Deploying Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform on HP ConvergedSystem 700x, presented by Kent Lipschultz, Technical Manager, Alliance Partner Solutions, HP, 4:50 p.m.–5:50 p.m. Room 309 (Community and Partner Ecosystem)
