HP Catalyst Project Showcase Series

The New Learner & Global Collaboratory Consortia 

August 24, 7 am PST / 9 am CST / 3 pm BST

 

Join us for the first live webinar in the HP Catalyst Project Showcase Series - a new set of events featuring projects in the six Catalyst consortia. In each free event, project leaders from two different consortia share their project plans, success stories, obstacles, and what they hope to accomplish. The webinar on Wednesday will showcase four projects at institutions from all over  the world, across the New Learner and Global Collaboratory Consortia.

 

  • Mohammad El-Ramly from Cairo University in Egypt will present "Cairo Cloud Computing;"
  • David Morris from the India Council for Integral Education will present "The Ringtones;"
  • Tonia Lovejoy of Reach the World, in partnership with the Rafael Hernandez Dual Language School in New York, will present "Reaching the World, Mapping the Mind: Global STEM+ Collaborations between College Study-Abroad Students, At-Risk Youth, Pre-Service Educators and Career Teachers;"
  • Robby Soetanto from Coventry University will present "Learning to Create a Better Built Environment: Activity Led Learning with Information and Communication Technology for a 21st Century Collaborative Global Education."
