The willingness to go "one step beyond"

cabecer_actualidad_6_M.pngTUBACEX Group was founded in 1963 and is now the second largest producer of cold-drawn, stainless steel seamless tubes in the world. Headquartered in Spain, they provide benchmark products and services to clients in over 60 countries around the globe.  Their primary customers include businesses in the oil and gas, petrochemical and power generation industries.  Additionally they produce tubes for mechanical, aerospace, food, water desalination, electronics, and capital goods industries.

With global reach and the exacting standards they must adhere to, it’s no wonder that having their data center performing at optimum levels is so critical to both business operations and customer success. “The best proof of our satisfaction:  we know the (HP) team, we know their potential, and we know their willingness to go one step further in a given situation”.   Ramon Canivell, CIO the Tubacex Group.

He goes on to say that their 14 year relationship with HP has allowed his company to focus on their primary mission – quality manufacturing  processes that deliver customer satisfaction – because they know that their HP team is minding the performance of their data center. He also sees the HP relationship as central to the evolution of the company’s future IT strategy.
