Why should you care about the new HP portfolio of services?

If you go back a few years  – don’t get too nostalgic! – you may remember how your IT architecture was designed. Very often, applications were running on specific robust servers. x86 servers were probably still running somewhere for applications that could not impact the company in case you had to reboot.

 

Things have changed, right? And what about the support you get on your current IT architecture? Did you modernize it? Has it adapted to new demands?

 

HP has reinvented its support portfolio to better meet the demands of converged, virtualized, and cloud environments. These require support services that help organizations to prevent issues from occurring, rather than reactive services that fix problems after they arise.  

This is an opportunity to adopt the relevant model of support that’s required by your IT and by the business; it’s a support mode that will give you additional benefits, and may not require much more budget.
