Enable verbose debugging with native SCSI drivers on Linux

Is your Linux server stalling out, performing poorly, crashing, logging transport errors with your SAN, and quite simply keeping you up at night?  Chris and I have recently encountered numerous cases in which customers required a methodology/procedure to capture additional logging; therefore allowing them to dig on the problem at hand.  Please read on to find the steps required to enable SCSI advantage logging.
