Discover 2012 Wrap-up: Dave Twohy discusses the HP ServiceOne difference

By Dave Twohy

To address customer requirements, partners need access to a broad spectrum of technology services ranging from desktop deployment to hybrid cloud, and from basic maintenance to strategic consulting.

HP’s ServiceOne program, announced in July 2011 gives HP partners the unique ability to leverage the HP Services portfolio to address the full range of customer business challenges. Over 2000 partners have achieved expert or specialist certification and are currently addressing customer’s dynamic IT requirements and extending their own market reach by selling and delivering full lifecycle technology services, including professional, annuity-based services and HP Care Pack Services.

Additionally, HP ServiceOne partners enjoy the benefits of:

  • Improved margins and reduced risk with HP’s automated support technologies, such as HP Insight Remote Support.
  • Increased sales through close collaboration with HP on joint sales opportunities
  • Increased profitability by selling and delivering higher-margin HP-branded services
  • Enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty by attaching support services to infrastructure solutions that deliver consistent, reliable customer experiences

Find out more about customer and partner benefits in these two Discover 2012 videos, featuring David Twohy, WW VP of HP’s Technology Services Channel Organization.
