As Christmas time comes, lots of employees enjoy holidays. And in some businesses it's an important time when a lot of revenue is generated during the last weeks of the year.

How do IT staff behave during this very peculiar period? I guess more than we can imagine are stressed as any outage may result in a disaster killing the year's growth and having long time consequences with their banks relationship...

Hopefully, well protected customers with an HP Mission Critical Services level of support know that the proactive work they're delivered and the fast reaction to any events will allow them to fully enjoy the feast.

Let's have a thought for the poor others.

So I wish all a true Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
