I recently spent some time talking to Puzant Ozbag, president of Pricon, a technology services and consulting firm focused on the medical and finance industries. Pricon participates in the HP ServiceONE program. It enables them to deliver HP-branded services to our mutual customers backed by HP global resources. We agreed the HP-Pricon relationship was a classic example of synergy—two things working together to produce a result neither could achieve alone. Synergy is an overused term in business, but I can’t think of a better way to describe the results we achieve together with our channel partners under the HP ServiceONE program. It provides customers the HP support they need, but delivered by an HP channel partner—familiar faces who know their business and their IT.
